What your Google profile does
When someone searches for a plumber, an electrician or your company name, Google shows a business profile beside the results and on Maps: your hours, phone number, photos, reviews and a button to call.
Plenty of people call straight from there without opening a website. A profile that is half filled in, with old hours and no photos, sends them to the next company in the list.
What we do with your profile
Every field filled in
Categories, services, the towns you cover, hours and holiday hours, checked and kept right.
Your job photos, posted
Send us photos from the job and we post them with short captions.
Posts and updates
Seasonal reminders, new services and recent work, posted for you.
Replies to every review
We write a reply to each review, good or bad, in your voice.
The same details everywhere
Name, phone, hours and towns that match your website and the main directories.
You stay the owner
You add us as a manager. The profile stays yours.

More answers on the homepage.
Do I need a Google profile if I work at customers' homes?
Yes. Businesses that go to their customers can hide their street address and show the towns they serve instead.
Will this put us at the top of Google Maps?
Nobody can promise a position, and we never will. A complete, current profile gives Google what it needs to show you; where you appear also depends on how close the searcher is and on other companies nearby.
Do you need my password?
No. You add us as a manager on your profile from your own account, and you can remove us at any time. You stay the owner.
What if I do not have a profile yet?
We set one up with you. Google asks the owner to verify it, usually with a short video or a code, and we walk you through it.
